The Air You'll Actually Breathe
After a renovation, the dust you can see is only part of the story. Drywall fines, paint particles, and construction microdust stay airborne for hours, then settle on every surface you just finished cleaning. We fix that with a commercial HEPA air scrubber running 24 hours continuously on-site.
We own the equipment, so we don't charge you an hourly rental. $90 flat. It runs overnight so the home is breathable, not just visibly clean, the day you move in.
After Your Move-In
You mentioned you're moving in with your mom — so whenever an ongoing housekeeping rhythm would help, here's exactly what that looks like at your 1,400 sq ft. Bi-weekly visits, same two housekeepers each time, full kitchen and bathroom detail every visit. Zero pressure to decide today — the post-construction clean above is complete on its own. These three tiers are the options if and when you want to lock it in.
Plans are strictly optional — we don't ask you to decide until you've lived in the space for a week or two and know what rhythm feels right. When you're ready, a single reply to the email this came in is all it takes to put you on the schedule.
